Engaging with leads and prospects is fun! Remembering to follow up when they haven't replied though, can be challenging at times. HubSpot Sales has a tool called Sequences which is designed to assist you in this process by scheduling automated emails to leads that have not replied and reminder tasks for yourself, allowing you to focus on engaging with leads that are ready to talk to you.
 
There are two types of inbound sales Sequences in HubSpot. The first is from the Sequence Library, a preset but customizable list of Sequences created by HubSpot, and the second is from scratch, a totally customized sequence created by you.
