Recently we had the opportunity to begin this effort to educate college marketing and business students on the exciting ways of HubSpot and inbound marketing. We spoke to a marketing class at the University of South Florida Sarasota-Manatee. In this class of over 40 students, only a handful had ever heard of HubSpot. After our presentation, given by HubSpot Accredited Trainer and Nextiny’s CEO Gabriel Marguglio many audience members had questions and were excited about the prospect of learning more about this exciting tool as they further their education and make their way closer to the job market.

The group of students we spoke to were enrolled in a Marketing Research course taught by Dr. Kelly Cowart. We were able to show them how research is important to inbound marketing through different processes like forming Buyer Personas and how when it comes to analytical tools for inbound marketing, the sky’s the limit. We showed them the built in analytics provided by HubSpot as well as other advanced analytics tools like Hotjar, Wistia, and Leadin.

As HubSpot Agency Partners and inbound marketing fanatics, this was an exciting opportunity for us to begin to share our passion and knowledge with the future generation of inbound marketers.
